FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE Duties And Responsibilities Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations. Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
