Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and lead the kitchen team with creativity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities.
  • Assist in menu planning and food presentation.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership and time-management skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
