About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our complete IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, Linux systems management, and infrastructure security, along with working knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
You will be working in a high-security environment that supports both gaming and government-grade networks, where accuracy, accountability, and system integrity are critical.
Key Responsibilities
● Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco preferred).
● Administer and secure Linux-based servers (Ubuntu/CentOS) with system hardening and access control best practices.
● Design and implement secure network architectures — VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and data protection policies.
● Lead and guide the IT/network team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to defined SLAs.
● Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams on technical issues and solutions.
● Perform proactive network monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for performance and security optimization.
● Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, incidents, assets, and updates.
● Collaborate on cloud or hybrid infrastructure (AWS/Azure) integration where applicable.
● Ensure full compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Proven expertise in Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs (CCNA level or higher).
● 5–8 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure and Linux server environments.
● Strong knowledge of Linux administration, hardening, and network security controls.
● Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar).
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
● Confident, accountable, and able to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience managing gaming or government-secure network environments.
● Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
● Exposure to hybrid infrastructure combining on-premises systems with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
