About Role:

Internal Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible in leading the audit team on audit engagements and managing staff to completion of tasks. He/she will be involved in assisting the Internal Audit Manager with planning of the audit engagements and ensures the timely execution and completion of the audit engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
• Determine the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Learning and studying the companies polices and guidelines.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous report, data, flowcharts etc.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
• Identifying improper conduct within the company.
• Preparing the audit report and highlighting the Issues, problems and presenting to the audit committee.
• Maintain communication with management and audit committee.
• Documents process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
• Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.
• Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our business policies and process.

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor.
• Advance computer skills on MS office, Tally and Database.
• Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
• Ability to keep claim under pressure, especially when there are deadlines.
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulation.
