1. Will be responsible for managing the internal audits assignments.
2. Drive innovation within the audit team and generate fresh ideas to achieve the
objectives of the internal audit.
3. Responsible for ensuring controls in line with ICFR (Internal controls over financial
reporting).
4. Create and maintain continuous audit dashboards and drive the key parameters
centrally.
5. Support the business in identifying areas of leakages/improving efficiencies etc.
6. Liaising with all levels of management and building successful relationships across
the business.
7. Ability to understand and map processes, identify control gaps in processes and
devise the risk and control matrix for processes.
8. Assist in the annual IFC audit along with statutory audit as part of internal audit
team and effective closure of the same.
9. Overall General Accounting Knowledge is must, should have knowledge of Income
Tax and GST rules & regulations.
10. Have knowledge of RCU (Risk Control Unit) & FCU (Fraud Control Unit) and fraud and
forensic audit
11. Should have a basic knowledge of risk management framework and RBI
regulations on NBFC.
12. Perform compliance audits to determine and establish whether the established

14. Perform Operational audits as per the audit plan approved by the board.
15. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of control, adherence to organizational policies &
SOPs.
16. Should have good knowledge of Excel.
