The Senior Auditor/ Assistant Manager, Group Internal Audit has the primary responsibility of conducting financial, operational, compliance, IT audits and special investigations across all of the Groups operating divisions and affiliates.
Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or related disciplines.
CPA or CIA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit/risk advisory/internal control or external auditing, ideally with a combination of in-house roles in MNCs and/or with a consulting firm. • Candidates with experience related to manufacturing, energy or EPC industry preferred. Experience with leading investigations into potential fraud or irregularities is essential.
Exposure to IT risk management, IT audits, and data analytics would be an added advantage. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Well presented with excellent written and oral communication skills. •
Must be able and willing to travel (internationally) for at least 30-40% of the time throughout the year for audit engagements.
