• With guidance from audit management or audit lead, execute internal audits including: audit planning, detailing control procedures, and the related testing and reporting in accordance with professional and departmental standards including financial (Sarbanes-Oxley testing) and operational projects.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and complete workpapers in accordance with department quality standards; meet project timelines and deliverable due dates.
• As necessary, perform follow-up on assigned audit report action plans to ensure that the business partners have completed agreed upon action.
• Participate on special projects undertaken by the department and/or the Company.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or bachelors degree in accounting, finance, accounting or related discipline
• 2 yrs to 8 yrs of relevant business experience including internal audit, internal controls over financial reporting audits or public accounting experience
• 2+ years of experience with internal controls over financial reporting audits (e.g., SOX, MAR, India Companies Act)
• Must understand auditing concepts and principles, and how to apply them
• Strong interpersonal skills while working effectively with a team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Desire to make a positive impact with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities
