Business Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Financial statement and record review:

  Examine and verify financial statements, transactions, and accounting records for accuracy and consistency.

• Internal control evaluation:

  Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen them.

• Risk assessment:

  Identify and analyze financial, operational, and compliance risks within the organization.

• Audit planning and execution:

  Create and manage audit plans, including sampling strategies, and perform audit testing.

• Compliance and regulation:

  Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards.

• Reporting and communication:

  Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings and recommendations to management, and help develop solutions for issues.

• Process improvement:

  Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in auditing functional domains of financial services sector including Asset Wealth Management (AWM), Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB).
• Command over IA lifecycle following re-performance standards.
• Command over IFC/SoX engagement lifecycle following re-performance standards.
• Certifications like CISA, CIA preferred.
