Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and business-savvy Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects while actively contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors, and also be confident in client engagement, proposal development, and identifying new project opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including space planning, material selection, detailing, and styling. Translate client needs into functional and aesthetically compelling interior spaces. Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity and quality. Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards and timelines are maintained. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Project Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, furnishings, and finishes. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
