Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a candidate who can Develop and conceptualize interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces.

Create detailed layouts and plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Visualize and render designs using Enscape, D5, and Vantage.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback.

Prepare and manage detailed quotations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are executed as per plan.

Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and decor to align with the project budget and design goals.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain and update design documentation, including project timelines and cost estimates.

Utilize MS Excel to prepare and manage project-related reports and quotations.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, D5, and Vantage.

Strong command of MS Excel for creating and managing client quotations and project documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / B Arch / D Arch or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

4+ years of relevant experience in interior design.

Demonstrated experience in handling client interactions and project quotations
