Position- Senior Interior Architect

Key Responsibility Areas :

4. For design roles, one must have an understanding and knowledge of design principles, theories, spatial aesthetics, colour combinations and materials.

6. Contribute to the Firm's media planning activities - website, Social Media, branding, awards, learning activities etc.

7. Excellent command of communication and presentation skills.

8. Pro-actively anticipate and respond appropriately to project or site issues/queries as and when cited or arises.

9. Key scope of work would be - Pre-CD, Competitions, Design Pitches, Concept Design, Schematic Design and support in Design Development stages. Will include: presentations, statutory calculations, space planning, special esthetics, elevations, facade, interior design-related decisions, building-related services, specifications etc.

10. Attain an effective standard of delivery which is both high on quality and efficiency for respective job roles and levels.

11. Contribute and Assist in the preparation and development of drawings, details, models, conceptual renders, 3D views, feasibility studies, competition presentations, design pitches, images and other documents/ deliverables relating to the projects and presentations.

·      12. Assist and support the supervising team in all project related tasks.

·      13. Assist the internal project team and external project representatives/team with timely and accurate high-quality project deliverables/ Information.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Architecture.  (B. Arch/ Degree in Interior Architecture Only)

·      5+ years of design and working experience.

·      Proficiency in Auto Cad and Revit.

·      Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Photoshop is preferred.

·      Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents.

·      Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

·      Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.

·      Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.

·      Ability to interact professionally with office leadership, support staff, and clients.

·      Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations.

·      Ability to self-manage and mange others for multiple project assignments from start to finish. 

·      Be a good team member fostering a positive work culture.
