Job Summary

Interior Architect/Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Execution

·        Provide design direction at every stage of the project life cycle to ensure delivery of award- winning quality.

6+projects simultaneously

·        Translate the Design Ideator’s design vision and ethos into tangible, high-quality design outcomes.

·        Offer innovative, design-oriented solutions to challenges during project execution.

Project & Team Management

8-10 designers

·        Facilitate the professional development of team members, emphasizing problem-solving and technical proficiency.

·        Build and maintain a robust, collaborative, and high-performing design team.

Client& Stakeholder Engagement

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring confidence and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Address and resolve concerns raised by clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams swiftly and effectively.

·        Represent the studio as a brand ambassador in all professional interactions.

Design Typologies Experience

·        Demonstrated experience in designing and executing projects across multiple typologies:

o    Public Spaces

o    Hospitality Spaces

o    Residential Spaces

o    Institutional Buildings

o    Entertainment Venues

o    Commercial and Retail Spaces

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

·        10–12yearsofrelevantexperienceininteriorarchitectureandarchitecture.

·        Proven track record of delivering high-quality, award-winning projects.

Skills & Competencies

·        Strong conceptual and design developments kills.

·        Sophisticated and discerning knack towards F F E design.

·        Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

·        Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.).

·        Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

·        Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
