This role demands fostering collaboration with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious project execution while maintaining full compliance with regulations and industry standards. · Spearhead the architectural design process from initial concept development to technical execution, ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality. · Foster creativity and innovation while maintaining functionality, structural integrity, and aesthetic excellence. · Oversee design reviews, refine concepts based on client and stakeholder feedback, and ensure that all architectural solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and sustainability principles. · To collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment throughout every project phase. · Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards to uphold best practices and industry standards. · To oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery. · Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues. · Maintaining a high standard of design quality and innovation in all projects. · To participate in ideation & conceptual development of those projects. · To involve in the formulation and implementation of company’s policies as well as in the development of the long-range objective.
