Experience- 7-10 Years

As a Senior Architect (Interior) you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and execution. This role involves overseeing a team of architects , coordinating with clients, vendors, and consultants, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• To oversee the architectural design process, including concept development, design reviews, GFC, Technical Drawings and technical oversight.

• To manage and mentor a team of Architects, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals.

• To collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment throughout every project phase.

• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• To oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery.

• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any Architect-related issues.

• Maintaining a high standard of design quality and innovation in all projects.

• To participate in ideation & conceptual development of those projects.

• To involve in the formulation and implementation of company’s policies as well as in the development of the long-range objective.
