Senior Interior Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at Melange Studio, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects for high-end residential and commercial spaces. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing detailed working drawings and construction documents, overseeing site execution, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to design reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors - Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documents, and BOQs - Oversee site execution to ensure design intent is maintained - Mentor junior team members - Contribute to design reviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Architecture - At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design - Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite - Knowledge of Revit is a plus - Excellent communication and team leadership skills - Prior experience in managing high-end interior or architectural projects preferred,
