What You Will Be Doing
- Map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, quantify value, and prioritize an automation backlog using an impact × feasibility model.
- Build and maintain scalable data tools aligned with SaaS industry requirements and high-volume online web hosting environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that reduce costs, increase process efficiency, and enhance revenue analytics.
- Where needed, use deterministic rules or classic ML (e.g., regression/classification) with clear features, thresholds, and fallbacks.
- Define baselines and KPIs (time saved, accuracy vs. SME, exception rate, adoption); run controlled pilots and iterate.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance in automation frameworks while staying current with industry best practices. Communicate effectively across stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and maintain thorough documentation.
What We Are Looking For
Essential :
- Proven ability converting process pain points into automation ROI.
- Hands-on with RPA, scripting (Python/JS), data prep.
- API/SQL skills: build/read, query, transform, quality checks.
Desirable :
- Certifications in AWS, UiPath, or related automation tools.
- Experience with OCR/NLP for document understanding use cases.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and DevOps CI/CD practices.
