Job Description

As Inside Sales Executive, your primary role would be to handle incoming inquiries with utmost speed and efficiency. provide all relevant information, submit proposal and focus to convert into sales. Revenue generation and efficient customer service would be your primary role.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Deliver virtual product demonstrations or presentations to showcase solutions.

Sales Conversion:

  • Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports for management.
  • Use insights to improve sales strategies and approaches.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a resource for customers to address technical or business-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Expereince of working with international clients

Experience:

  • 4-5 years in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in inside sales or telesales.

Key Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and confident with objection-handling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshsales, HubSpot).
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Comfortable using sales tools and platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of the industry or product line.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
