Job Summary

Saroj Agro Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage the inside sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, monitoring performance, and building strong customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
  • Conduct regular training and performance review sessions.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for territory management and customer acquisition.
  • Align inside sales activities with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the agro industry.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Set benchmarks and sales targets for individuals and the team.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage key accounts through phone calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Market & Industry Understanding

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Provide market feedback to management for product and pricing improvements.
  • Support marketing initiatives with insights from customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or sales management, preferably in agro, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
