Senior Infor M3 Manufacturing Functional Analyst

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration:

  Configure and maintain Infor M3 modules related to manufacturing and planning, including production scheduling, materials management, and capacity planning. Drive the definition and maintenance of a company-wide manufacturing core model with business process owners and SMEs. 

• Process Optimization:

  Analyze and optimize manufacturing and planning processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with GxP regulations. 

• Integration Management:

  Manage integrations between Infor M3 and specialized software applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. 

• User Support:

  Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance system utilization. 

• Documentation:

  Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations. 

• Compliance:

  Ensure all manufacturing and planning activities comply with GxP regulations and company policies. 

• Project Management:

  Lead and participate in manufacturing and planning-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. 

• Delivery Organization:

  Work closely with our delivery organization to ensure successful implementation and support of Infor M3 solutions. 

• ERP Rollout Roadmap:

  Contribute to the ERP rollout roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful deployment across various regions. 

• Leadership:

  Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 

• Experience:

  Minimum of 7 years of experience as a functional analyst with Infor M3 in a manufacturing and planning environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. 

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Infor M3 configuration and integration with specialized software applications. 

• Regulatory Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements. 

• Analytical Skills:

  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize manufacturing and planning processes. 

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 

• Project Management:

  Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. 

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior team members.
