Role Description

Role: Senior Human Resourses ManagerReports To: COO

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Creatous Collective Media, located in Siliguri. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional tasks involve coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining employee records, and spearheading HR projects to improve workplace culture and productivity.

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
• Experience in HR policy development and implementation
• Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Training and Development coordination skills
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in media or creative industries is a plus
