This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Siliguri. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations including employee relations, HR policies, and overall HR management. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in the creative industry is a plus
