Job Summary:

Senior Executive – HR or HR Manager

• Male

   candidate (Due to the role involving field work at the factory and project sites)
• Candidates who can join

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process.
• Manage Statutory Compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, and other labour laws.
• Ensure Labour Law Compliance (LICENSE OF BOCW, FACTORY, S&E & CLRA) for both factory and project sites.
• Process and maintain Attendance records accurately.
• Handle Leave Management as per company policy.
• Coordinate Statutory Inspections and HR Audits.
• Implement and monitor Performance Management System (Appraisals, Increments, etc.).
• Oversee Contract Labour Management and contractor compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for HR and compliance functions.
• Coordinate with government departments and labour authorities as needed.
• Support in preparing MIS reports related to HR and compliance.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, S&E, Factory Act, BOCW, CLRA
• Experience in Payroll & Attendance processing
• Skilled in recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Familiar with statutory audits & inspections
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Capable of handling employee files & compliance records
• Basic knowledge of appraisal systems (KPI, Increments)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Able to handle employee grievances & discipline
• Languages known: English, Kannada & Hindi

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labour law compliance
• Exposure to factory/project site audits, inspections, and contract labour management
