Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in partnering with leadership across non-technology functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Operations to drive business performance through people strategies. You will be instrumental in aligning global HR practices with local execution, ensuring consistency, compliance, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Partner with global and regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.



  • Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
    Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning for non-tech functions, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and future-ready teams.



  • Employee Experience & Engagement:
    Design and execute initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, drive engagement, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.



  • Performance & Capability Development:
    Oversee performance management processes, coach leaders on feedback and development, and support capability-building programs.



  • Change Management & Organizational Design:
    Support organizational transformation, including restructuring, role alignment, and change communication.



  • Global HR Alignment:
    Ensure local HR practices align with global policies and frameworks, while adapting to regional nuances and compliance requirements.



  • HR Analytics & Insights:
    Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, track HR metrics, and identify trends impacting business performance.



Must Have


  • 10 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role within a global organization.

  • Strong exposure to non-tech functions and matrixed environments.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across geographies.

  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and global HR practices.

  • Experience in the TMT sector or similar high-growth, innovation-driven industries.

  • MBA or Master s degree in HR or related discipline.
