Job Description

Role Summary

Support Oracle HCM technical development, reporting, and data migration using SQL, BI Publisher, HDL, and Fast Formulas, with exposure to OTBI and optional OCI/OIC skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop reports in BI Publisher & OTBI.Write and optimize SQL queries.Perform data migration with HDL/FBDI.Configure and support Fast Formulas.Assist in testing and defect resolution.

Required Skills

SQL/PL-SQL, BI PublisherHDL & FBDI.Fast Formulas (Payroll/Absence/Benefits).Basic OTBI & HCM data model knowledge.Optional: REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI exposure.
