Senior HRIS Specialist

As an Oracle HCM Technical Support Specialist, your role involves supporting Oracle HCM technical development, reporting, and data migration using SQL, BI Publisher, HDL, and Fast Formulas, with exposure to OTBI and optional OCI/OIC skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop reports in BI Publisher & OTBI. - Write and optimize SQL queries. - Perform data migration with HDL/FBDI. - Configure and support Fast Formulas. - Assist in testing and defect resolution. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and BI Publisher. - Experience with HDL & FBDI. - Basic knowledge of OTBI & HCM data model. - Optional skills in REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and OCI exposure.
