Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner (India)

Our client is a leading global technology infrastructure company dedicated to powering digital transformation through innovation, efficiency, and reliability. As part of their continued expansion in Asia, they are looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader to join their growing team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance and solutions across talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, ideally with exposure to technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the regional HR team to ensure alignment on policies, culture, and strategic initiatives across APAC.
• Manage and oversee HR operations in India, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and alignment with regional standards.
• Support organizational growth through innovative HR programs and scalable frameworks suited for high-growth or start-up environments.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, maintaining excellence in daily HR operations.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace, acting as a cultural ambassador and champion of employee well-being.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience across business partnering, HR operations, recruitment, and organizational development.
• Proven recruitment expertise; experience within IT, tech, or data center industries is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• Strong exposure to fast-growing or start-up organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
• High attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on operationally despite seniority.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time (Monday–Friday) in Navi Mumbai.
