Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Address employee queries related to policies, procedures, and grievances.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale.
  • Attendance & Leave Management:
  • Maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Monitor and process leave applications and track entitlements.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in policy implementation and audits.

Payroll & Benefits Support:

  • Collaborate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related queries.

Performance Management:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Track and follow up on goal-setting and feedback sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
