This is an exciting launchpad for individuals eager to kick-start their career in B2B software sales, client management, and consultative solution selling . Who Can Apply: MBA Freshers (Marketing / HR & Marketing / Finance & Marketing) B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA, BCA , B.Com– Freshers or up to 1 year of experience Excellent communication & presentation skills Interest in business software, tech solutions & consultative sales Basic knowledge of business functions like HR, Finance, or CRM is a plus Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individuals Key Responsibilities: Understand the business needs of clients and pitch suitable ERP modules (e.g., HRMS, CRM, Accounting). Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to decision-makers (HR Heads, Finance Managers, Directors, etc.). Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and on-field visits . Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into long-term clients. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, support) to ensure a smooth solution delivery. Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare timely sales reports.
