Key Responsibilities:

Drive recruitment and onboarding for sales roles

Implement performance management and incentive programs

Coordinate training and development for sales staff

Handle employee relations and HR compliance

Support a positive and high-energy sales culture

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in HR or related field

4+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven sectors

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
