Senior HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Bridging management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. - Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization's talent needs are met. - Supporting current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital. - Monitoring and developing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Creating a positive working environment that fosters employee satisfaction and productivity. - Overseeing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance among employees. - Identifying training needs and implementing and monitoring training programs. - Providing decision support to management through HR metrics and reports. - Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management. To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 3 years of work experience as a Senior HR Manager, preferably in startup companies. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - The ability to develop and execute HR strategies while demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. - In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
