We specialize in domestic, industrial, agricultural, and high-voltage installations, including GIS setups up to 400 KV, substations up to 400 KV, and transformer installations up to 10 MVA. Role Summary The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, workforce mobilization, and compliance for large-scale electrical projects. This includes staffing for domestic wiring, industrial installations, substations, and GIS operations across India. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Planning Source, screen, and onboard skilled and unskilled personnel for field and site operations Maintain a ready pool of electricians, supervisors, engineers, and contract labour Coordinate site mobilization, travel, and induction logistics HR Operations & Compliance Manage offer letters, contracts, joining formalities, and exit procedures Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws, contract labour regulations) Maintain audit-ready documentation and digital personnel records Payroll & Attendance Coordinate salary processing, attendance tracking, and statutory filings Training & Development Organize safety and technical training for site teams Maintain competency matrices and training logs Employee Relations & Discipline Handle grievances, enforce discipline, and maintain workplace standards Vendor & Contractor Management Manage staffing vendors and labour supply contracts Monitor vendor SLAs and quality of manpower Reporting & Forecasting Prepare weekly manpower reports, attrition metrics, and headcount forecasts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4–6 years of HR experience in electrical, infrastructure, or industrial sectors Strong recruitment, compliance, and vendor coordination skills Willingness to travel across India for site HR operations Performance Indicators 95% critical roles filled within SLA 100% statutory compliance across sites Safety induction completed for all site staff 15% reduction in voluntary attrition Weekly manpower and cost reports delivered on time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,762.20 - ₹28,010.19 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
