Job Title: Senior Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition (FMCG) Job Description: We are hiring a Senior Manager – Human Resources & Talent Acquisition for a reputed FMCG group in Kerala. The role will focus on hiring and rebuilding retail sales and distribution teams across India, while also managing core HR operations and compliance. Responsibilities: Lead Talent Acquisition (50% focus), especially pan-India retail hiring Handle statutory compliance and ensure labor law adherence (30%) Drive employee engagement and internal communication strategies (10%) Collaborate with leadership for HR planning and decision-making Maintain accurate reporting and HR analytics Requirements: 9–12 years of experience in HR, including 3–4 years in FMCG Prior experience in scaling teams and working with distributed sales teams Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and TA strategy Willingness to relocate or travel between Palakkad and Kochi Compensation: Best in the industry Company-provided accommodation Travel allowance Health insurance How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume and current CTC details at hotjobs@sureevents.com .
