Qualifications :- * Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. * 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on recruitment (2-3 years dedicated). Key Responsibilities :- Recruitment (Primary): Lead end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. * HR Generalist: Manage employee relations, assist with performance management, ensure HR policy compliance, maintain HR records, support training, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
