Department :-Tool Room

Location :- Nashik

Qualification :- ITI / Diploma In Tool & Die Making

Experience :- 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities :-

Operate lathe machines to produce or repair metal components for injection moulds, jigs, and fixtures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds for turning operations.
Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, etc.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on lathe machines and tools.
Collaborate with mold maintenance and injection molding teams to understand tooling requirements.
Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized tool room.
