Job Title - CNC Bending Machine Operator Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake bending machines Interpret engineering drawings, bend charts, and work instructions Select, install, and adjust appropriate punches and dies Program bending sequences or make parameter adjustments as required Measure and inspect bent parts to ensure accuracy and tolerance compliance Perform first-article inspection and ongoing quality checks Handle sheet metal materials safely during bending operations Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Maintain production records and report defects or machine issues Work closely with laser cutting, welding, and fabrication teams Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or ITI/technical qualification. Proven experience operating CNC press brake or bending machines Knowledge of sheet metal bending principles (bend allowance, springback) Ability to read technical drawings Experience using measuring tools (vernier caliper, angle gauge, protractor) Understanding of CNC controls (Delem, Cybelec, Siemens, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Experience - 2 to 3 years Salary - based on interview.
