Job Description

Senior HR Executive – Key Job Duties:

Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.
Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Coordinate appraisals, monitor employee performance, and support managers in performance improvement plans.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning initiatives, and support career development programs.
HR Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee engagement for decision-making.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with finance or vendors to manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,878.39 - ₹25,912.79 per month
