Job Description

Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager Corporate HR (Generalist)

About the Role

Sr. HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage entire recruitment cycle with desired TAT, scope includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, Interviewing.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
Act as a SPOC for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Developing employee engagement initiatives/calendar, promoting positive work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Preparing daily/ monthly/quarterly review reports as per the management requirement Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance management.
Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, coordinating in organizing trainings as per calendar & assist to keep track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Keeping track attendance, leaves & reimbursements, in adherence to Company policies.
Ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Timely updation & managing employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance records.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration including insurance, gratuity & full and final settlements.
