Senior Healthcare Recruiter

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes for open positions in the Healthcare field. Your main focus will be recruiting for roles such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician, and more. You will need to understand the job profiles thoroughly in order to schedule interviews with clients effectively. Your daily tasks will include making calls to candidates, screening them, and scheduling interviews. You should have expert-level experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Tools (ATS) and Job Diva is highly desired. Your goal will be to achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. It is important to understand the client requirements and identify relevant targets accordingly. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and the hiring team is crucial for success in this role.
