Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Growth Marketer located in Coimbatore. The Senior Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies, and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate leads. Daily tasks include performing marketing analytics, growth hacking, and employing web analytics to measure and improve performance. The role involves close collaboration with different teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Supercharge organic growth with killer SEO, content strategies, and social media wizardry.

• Clean up the website/blog like a pro, making it user-friendly, fast, and fabulous

(technical performance included!).

• Plan and launch organic email campaigns that nurture lead and turn them into loyal fans.

• Dive deep into metrics to tweak and fine-tune strategies for bigger engagement and growth.

• Team up across departments to keep messaging sharp and growth on track—no silo thinking here!

Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table):

• Any degree - your passion and experience are what matter most.

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in leading organic growth (SEO, content marketing and social media).

• You know your way around SEO, social media optimization, content marketing, and email strategies.

• Data-driven? You bet! You can analyze performance and tweak strategies like a growth ninja.

• A wordsmith with great communication skills - both in writing and speaking English.

• A team player who knows how to collaborate with designers to make content and campaigns pop!

Compensation Package:
