Role Overview: Peoplebox.ai is an AI-native talent platform utilized by over 500 companies to streamline the processes of hiring, managing, and nurturing their employees. At the core of the platform is Nova, a highly advanced digital twin designed to emulate the qualities of a skilled interviewer and recruiter. Nova conducts various interactions such as pre-screen calls, initial interviews, check-ins, and assessments while incorporating organizational context seamlessly. By integrating elements such as goals, performance evaluations, career development, calibration, and compensation within a unified system, Peoplebox.ai facilitates companies in aligning, evaluating, and fostering talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for Nova, focusing on enhancing top-of-funnel acquisition and accelerating market penetration for Peoplebox.ai. - Lead a proficient team, establish scalable systems, and transform data insights into actionable growth initiatives. - Drive inbound demand through strategic utilization of website, content, and digital channels by optimizing conversion rates at various stages such as search, site visitors, gated submissions, trials, and demos. - Enhance effectiveness of landing pages, call-to-actions (CTAs), and lead magnets to bolster pipeline velocity. - Oversee and manage the technical infrastructure for growth encompassing marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics to facilitate lead generation, distribution, and reporting. - Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, webinars, communities, and influencer networks. - Refine lead nurturing workflows through impactful content, retargeting strategies, and marketing automation techniques. - Conduct continuous experimentation by introducing, testing, and scaling new growth mechanisms to enhance overall performance. Qualifications Required: - Possess 5+ years of experience in growth marketing within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, preferably with exposure to early-stage growth phases. - Demonstrate proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design tools like Canva would be advantageous. - Exhibit a creative mindset and analytical problem-solving abilities with a strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making. - Showcase exceptional organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a proactive approach towards execution.
