Role Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

You should be as comfortable building out wireframes and mobile interfaces in Figma as you are designing social templates, packaging, or campaign visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute visual identity systems across brand, digital, and UI/UX touchpoints
• Design high-fidelity UI layouts, mobile flows, and landing pages in Figma
• Collaborate with dev teams or creative producers to hand off responsive design assets
• Lead the design and evolution of creative assets across social media, websites, decks, print, and packaging
• Build out scalable design systems, style guides, and visual libraries
• Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
• Translate brand strategy and user needs into thoughtful, intuitive design solutions
• Stay up to date with UI trends, creative tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on both brand and digital
• A strong portfolio that showcases design across UI/UX, branding, and campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in

  Figma

  (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, grids, and color theory
• Experience with responsive design and a user-first mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and give/receive feedback
• Solid communication and presentation skills—can explain design decisions clearly

• Experience working in or with early-stage startups, DTC, or lifestyle brands
