Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and feedback. Oversee the development and execution of visual assets for digital and print, including social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, packaging, and internal communications. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand goals and translate them into compelling design concepts. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Review and approve final designs, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Manage project workflows, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient execution. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand current and competitive. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 3+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years- experience in the Agency vertical. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layouts, typography, and digital marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and design collaboration tools like Figma or XD. Solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Nice to have: Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Hands on experience with Static Graphics. Background in industries like real-estate would be a plus.
