Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at D Forge Studio, the creative studio of THiNC Digital Learning Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading all visual design projects across digital and print media. Your primary responsibility will be to create impactful visuals that resonate with THiNC's brand and marketing objectives. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent brand communication strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various campaigns, social media, print materials, and web platforms. - Maintain and enhance the brand identity across all touchpoints to ensure a cohesive visual language. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and creative direction to help them grow. - Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and conceptualize campaign visuals and storytelling elements. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining consistent quality standards. - Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand visuals remain fresh and competitive. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in graphic design or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and high-quality design work. - Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and effective communication skills. - Experience in motion graphics, branding, or UI design would be advantageous.
