Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a strong foundation in static graphic design principles. This role is crucial for bringing our brand stories to life across all digital and traditional platforms through visually compelling and dynamic content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for videos, social media campaigns, paid ads, website content, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and create animated logos, kinetic typography, explainers, and video transitions that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and detailed visual outlines for motion projects.
• Source, select, and edit voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance motion graphic deliverables.

2. Graphic Design & Branding:

• Design a wide range of static marketing materials, including social media assets, infographics, website banners, emails, print collateral (brochures, flyers), and presentations.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency, visual identity, and design standards across all media types.
• Prepare files for final output across both digital and print environments.

3. Collaboration & Project Management:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Product teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Manage multiple design and motion projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders and effectively incorporate constructive feedback into final deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, motion graphics trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse online portfolio demonstrating mastery of both static design and motion projects is required.
• Software Expertise (Must-Haves): Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
• Adobe After Effects (Advanced animation, compositing)
• Adobe Illustrator (Vector design, illustration)
• Adobe Photoshop (Image editing, manipulation)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Video editing/sequencing for motion projects)
