Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in event and conference creatives. The ideal candidate should be experienced in designing a wide range of conference-related collaterals including logos, brochures, mailers, themes, and signage. Proficiency in design tools like CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. Key Responsibilities: • Design conference logos, brochures, emailers, themes, and on-site signage. • Create high-impact visual designs aligned with event branding and marketing goals. • Collaborate with the event planning and marketing teams to understand creative requirements and deliver engaging visual content. • Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms. • Work on layouts, typography, and color schemes that enhance audience engagement. • Prepare and export print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed. • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients. Required Skills: • Proficiency in: o CorelDRAW (mandatory) o Adobe Photoshop (mandatory) o Adobe InDesign o Adobe Illustrator • Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in event graphics, medical conferences or branding is a plus.
