Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Executive located in Jaipur. The Conference Executive will be responsible for organizing and coordinating conferences, managing event logistics, communicating with vendors and clients, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves overseeing event schedules, handling budgets, and providing outstanding customer service to all event participants.

  • Event planning and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
