About the Role:

Conference Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and convert leads into confirmed sales for conferences and corporate events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from the healthcare, pharma, and academic sectors
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless event execution
• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and meetings to build brand visibility
• Maintain detailed sales reports and pipelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or healthcare conferences
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Knowledge of the Jaipur market and fluency in Hindi & English preferred
