Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Graphic Designer

who can blend creativity with strategy to deliver bold, impactful, and visually stunning work. You’ll lead design thinking on projects, guide junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creatives across digital, social media, web, and offline touchpoints.
Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories.
Lead design execution for key accounts and high-stakes projects.
Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.
Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers for integrated solutions.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Ensure brand guidelines are met while pushing for creativity and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

2 – 6 years of design experience in a creative/digital/advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital-first campaigns and brand design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Understanding of motion graphics, UI/UX basics, and web design trends preferred.
Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
