Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven Senior Creative & Communications Executive to lead visual design and content efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in graphic design, social media management, and content creation, while contributing to brand development and marketing communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic & Visual Design

• Design high-quality creatives using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, internal communication, and events
• Create brochures, infographics, banners, event branding, and print/digital collaterals
• Support teams with professional presentation designs aligned with brand guidelines

Video & Multimedia

• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and campaigns
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and overlays for basic promotional videos

Social Media & Content Manage

• end-to-end social media posting, scheduling, and basic performance tracking
• Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions, short-form content, and internal communication pieces
• Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all content and platforms

Brand Communication & Coordination

• Assist in internal and external communications – emailers, announcements, and notices
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., printers, ad agencies) for timely execution of design deliverables
• Maintain a structured library of digital assets and content templates

Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in creative design, content, or communications roles
• Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Basic working knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut
• Strong command over written English for content writing and editing
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A good eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience working in startups, creative agencies, or brand marketing teams
