Role Overview

We are looking for a Projects leader

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MW-scale projects (10MW – 200MW)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and quality standards
• Oversee site teams, project engineers, safety managers, and contractors
• Resolve on-site technical and execution challenges proactively
• Report project progress to senior leadership

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
• 12–20 years’ experience in Solar EPC execution
• Hands-on experience in ground-mounted MW-scale projects
• PMP certification / Primavera / MS Project knowledge preferred
• Prior stints at Tier-1 EPCs (Sterling & Wilson, Enerparc, Adani, L&T, etc.)
